The investment management team currently oversees a portfolio and pipeline, which is strategically diversified across three regions.
The portfolio comprises equity investments in regulated financial institutions, all of which are strongly aligned with inclusive finance principles. Each investee institution is focused on enabling access to finance for microentrepreneurs and MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises), thereby fostering local economic development and financial inclusion in their respective markets.
This portfolio has been structured and is actively managed on behalf of Sparkassen International Development Trust (SIDT), the impact investment vehicle of the Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe, Germany’s largest financial group. SIDT's mandate centers on promoting sustainable financial sector development in emerging and developing economies, with a clear focus on long-term value creation and positive social outcomes.

Strategic discussions have recently been initiated with another leading financial group and a pension fund management company, both active in the DACH region. This indicates the growing interest in the team’s emerging markets DIM strategy and expertise.
